Health is wealth is something that we read in school but did we contemplate enough about it? Not really unfortunately we undertake health seriously only when we face something irreversible or maybe something that jolts us from within. This blog is an effort and a request to my entire readers to make your health your first and far most priority.

 I'm sharing with you some very simple tips and tricks which absolutely can make you choose your health over everything else.

Morning drink

The first suggestion is the morning drink. If you take warm water along with some very healthy portion with it. You can make whole lot of a difference for the entire day. You can add turmeric, carom seeds (ajwain), cumin seeds. If you can arrange and afford have coconut water for yourself.


 It's a boost it's a energy for the entire skin and health. If you cannot arrange these there are so many different varieties of tea bags available. There are immunity tea bags, chamomile tea bags, Flavored tea bags. You can choose accordingly. Experiment explore the different options available in the market and choose the one that you actually like and which is good for your health. If you cannot do anything just have plain warm water.

 


Having warm water you are kick-starting your digestive system for anything which comes in the way for the whole day. Believe me not literally, but yes it can really do wonders for you. dried leaves kaavas all these things are very healthy.


Breathing exercise:

second suggestion is breathing exercises. No i'm not asking that you do the meditation. Stop thinking for a while. You know controlling your breath absolutely not just simple. Long breathing and focusing on your breath in and breath out process makes you more relax and that make your body and organs function in a more appropriate way.


You can see videos on yoga and pranayama and follow the process by sitting at the comfort of your home. Video helps a lot as you can easily follow the process by watching. They will also guide you about the does and don’t in yoga. If you facing any kind of health issue of taking medicine kindly consult your doctor before repeating any yoga posture.


Basic exercises can really help your breathing system and your entire system to actually feel peace and calm. It gives you the energy that you require to actually go through the entire happenings of the whole day. So i hope you are convinced and you are absolutely going to take breathing exercises very seriously.  

 


Physical exercise:

The second is physical exercises. No! You do not have to join any classes or any activities. Simple repeat that physical exercise lesson you have learnt in the school level. That is what you have to do you. You can do it in a very compact area. It do not require a lot of space just within your room or even balcony. Exercise will make your joints more flexible otherwise while the time you reach your old age you would not be able to move your movable joints. So you have to make sure that you are constantly greasing your joints ( by moving them and exercise) and making them move every single time. Initially for the first two days you might be find it very difficult to do. Very simple exercises which were very easy for you in the school level but believe me it builds stamina. That’s why you have to push yourself. The first if you can only perform five crunches.



Only five sit-ups only five push-ups just do it absolutely fine. The second day you might feel a little pain, be ready for it. Once you tell your mind okay it is going to happen today you would not be bothered and you would not be panicking about it. So what needs to be done, build stamina.


The more you exercise, the more physical efforts you put in, the more stamina you're going to have. The third day or maybe after a week you might be laughing on yourself that why was I so scared. It was so simple it is literally stamina for stamina. So i hope you all have understood very well. Start simple, start basic and build yourself up. You don't require any gear for it. So all the very best do check out what can be done by you for yourself.

If you do your physical exercises early in the morning and if you do certain breathing exercises in the evening you would see you have more energy. By the time you end one week of your this routine and set up for yourself you would see you have more energy more stamina. You really wish, you would really wish that I need some activity to actually spend that energy. Believe me nothing better than regenerating it. The more you exercise in the evening the more in shape you're going to be. The more stamina you're going to have the more energy you're going to have the more exuberant you're going to feel and you're going to be really happy.

Again if you can do the breathing exercise in the evening as well nothing like it believe me i might be sounding something oh my god this cannot be done twice oh not possible but once you start doing it you're going to be really relax and comfortable with it.

 

 



Eating simple food:

 The next suggestion is absolutely home-cooked food. I'm not against anything that you order from outside. We can absolutely see where is our health heading towards


So please make sure that you eat home cooked food whatever you want to eat cook it at home. At least you have the positive dimension of clean and healthy food clean and healthy making clean and healthy ingredients.


 If you have just the basic home-cooked food and the basic exercises you would never fall in for sure and you would be really really really happy.

Your health is actually in your control.

Healthy food, exercise well take care of your mind your mental health and make the most out of it.  I'm pretty sure my beautiful readers will definitely consider all the things all the points that I have mentioned over here and will make the most of all the things that's around us.
