How to get
good sleep?
Good sleep improves your brain
performance, emotional and physical health. When you are not getting enough
quality sleep, risk of many diseases and disorders raises. These range from
heart disease, obesity and dementia. Sleep does not mean to lay down on your
bad for a couple of hours. It means to relax your mind, to get rid of all the fatigue
that you bare during the day time.

good sleep.

4. when you go to bed and you are not feeling sleepy don't keep lying down. Don't do that for 20 minutes. You give to yourself maximum – (are you give to yourself) because when a person is an exile this person is thinking a lot about what happens when you sleep you are alone. You are on with yourself.

You must have noticed children after the bath they sleep so nicely not so we humans also have that biologically that child in. Us so if we can't sleep well take a little bath, but that one bath time should be very limited , don's spend much time and enjoy your bath.
Analyze the day before sleep:
Spend your sleepless time in writing, write 10
positive points what good has occurred during the day, write it down. So you
are thinking about the good which has occurred throughout the day and does
that.
Think positive before sleep:
So here you are having a solution a positive feeling that well, I will do this this this and mind is free, mind is clear from tension. Read something which is very beautiful. I always say some nice some good literature where you think and think about it just one thought and ponder about it and that would be very beautiful.
So do that and
then sit in your bed and lie down if you can't sleep that I have given you the

yourself to get a good night. Sleep could be used very constructively dreams
